What personal data is collected

When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, and any optional details such as phone number, gender, topic of interest, preferred session format, address, and your message) are sent by email to Dr. Reeves so she can respond to your enquiry. If you contact the practice by phone, email, or WhatsApp, the information you share is used for the same purpose.

Beyond this, the website itself does not collect personal data. It uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking or advertising services. Like almost all websites, the hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of access) for security and operation.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and communicate with you about the services you request. Processing is based on your request prior to entering into an agreement and on the practice’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable to EU/EEA residents, the GDPR.

Hosting and storage

This website is hosted in Switzerland by Hostpoint AG. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to and stored in the practice’s email mailbox, which is also hosted in Switzerland. Your data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, and no data is transferred abroad by the practice.

WhatsApp

If you choose to contact the practice via WhatsApp, your communication is additionally subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy (WhatsApp LLC / Meta). If you prefer, you can always use email or the contact form instead.

Confidentiality

Everything you share in the context of therapy is treated as strictly confidential and is subject to professional confidentiality obligations applicable to psychologists in Switzerland. Clinical records are kept separately from website communications and are never processed through this website.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or to maintain a client relationship, and are then deleted. You can request deletion of your enquiry data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data held about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. To exercise these rights, contact dr.reeves@timeforpeace.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
